Returns & Refunds Policy

At Budjik, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

Please email us at sales@budjik.com to request a return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is at your expense.

  • Incorrect or faulty items: Budjik will cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect or not as described

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Request a return for the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the desired item after your return is accepted.


European Union Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to an EU address, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide justification.
The returned item must be:

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In its original packaging
    You’ll also need proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at sales@budjik.com.
