All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

🌐 International Orders – Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Australia:

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may be levied by your destination country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid customs charges.
📦 Tracking and Delivery
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, we’ll help you contact the carrier. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
🛑 Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If you realise there is an issue, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
